摘　　要：新型冠状病毒感染(新冠)疫情形势至今依然严峻。本院自2022年4月9日正式转型为新冠定点医院。本院后勤保障中心承担了本院、区内方舱及多个隔离点的物资保障工作。临床一线人员由国家医疗队7省市共计60余家医院及本院医护人员组成。医院舱内人员工作时间有限,但物资需求驳杂,相关系统培训、物资的使用盘点及申领占用了医疗队员大量的舱内工作时间。本文从临床物资申领、库房盘点汇总、物资采购、物资配送、人员管理等多个环节的合理优化改进,颠覆原有常态化的后勤运行管理模式,研究设计一套最贴合临床一线实际工作环境状态下的“战时”后勤物资保障模式,并投入实际应用。为其他省市区医院在新冠“战时”情形下保障有国家医疗队参与救治工作的定点医院及方舱医院后勤物资提供理论基础和经验分享。The epidemic situation of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)is still severing.Our hospital had been officially transformed into a COVID-19 designated hospital since April 9,2022.The Logistics Support Center undertook the material support work of the hospital,the temporary cabins in the area and several isolation points.The first-line clinical staff consisted of more than 60 hospitals in 7 provinces and cities under the national medical team.The working time of cabin staff was limited,but the material needs were miscellaneous,the training of relevant systems,the inventory of materials and the application took up a lot of cabin working time of the medical staff.In this paper,through the rational optimization and improvement of clinical materials application,warehouse inventory summary,material procurement,material distribution,personnel management and other aspects,this paper subverts the original normal logistics operation and management mode,studies and designs a set of"wartime"logistics material support mode that is most suitable for the actual working environment of the clinical front line,and puts it into practical application.To provide theoretical basis and experience sharing for hospitals in other provinces and municipalities to guarantee the logistics supplies of designated hospitals and makeshift hospitals with the participation of the national medical team in the treatment work under the COVID-19"wartime"situation.
