摘　　要：目的探究低分子肝素治疗中度小孕囊的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2021年3月于本院就诊的98例中度小孕囊孕妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组49例。两组均以黄体支持治疗,观察组在此基础上联合低分子肝素治疗,比较两组治疗后囊芽差值及妊娠12周后的胚胎存活率。结果两组囊芽差值组间、时间、交互比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后各时间点囊芽差值均高于前一时间点,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组12周后继续妊娠率高于对照组(91.0%vs.73.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素可提高小孕囊的孕囊平均直径与胚芽差值,更好地改善孕妇的妊娠结局,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of low molecular heparin in the treatment of moderate small pregnancy sac.Methods A total of 98 pregnant women with moderate small pregnancy sac who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2021were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given luteal support treatment,and the observation group was treated with low molecular heparin on this basis,the blastocyst difference and embryo survival rate after 12 weeks of pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in the difference between the two groups of group,time points and interaction(P<0.05);the difference of cyst buds at each time point after treatment of the two groups were higher than those at the previous time point,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate after 12 weeks in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(91%vs.73.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low molecular heparin can help improve the difference between gestational sac mean diameter and germ,and can improve pregnancy outcome,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
