摘　　要：目的探究肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统指标联合检测诊断原发性高血压的价值。方法选取2020年4月至2021年2月本院收治的53例原发性高血压患者作为观察组,另选取同期53名血压正常的健康者作为对照组,均进行肾素活性(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)水平检测,比较两组及不同分级高血压患者上述指标水平。结果观察组血浆PRA水平低于对照组,ATⅡ及ALD水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血浆PRA水平随高血压分级增加逐渐降低,ATⅡ及ALD水平随高血压分级增加而不断升高,不同分级高血压患者血浆PRA、ATⅡ及ALD水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统指标联合检测在原发性高血压临床诊断中具有显著价值,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the value of combined detection of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system indexes in the diagnosis of essential hypertension.Methods A total of 53 patients with essential hypertension admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 53 healthy people with normal blood pressure during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of plasma renin activity(PRA),angiotensinⅡ(ATⅡ)and aldosterone(ALD)were detected,and the levels of the above indicators were compared between the two groups and patients with different grades of hypertension.Results The level of plasma PRA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of ATⅡand ALD were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of plasma PRA gradually decreased with the increase of hypertension grade,and the levels of ATⅡand ALD increased with the increase of hypertension grade,there were significant differences in plasma PRA,ATⅡand ALD levels among patients with different grades of hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system indexes has significant value in the clinical diagnosis of primary hypertension,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
