不同形态心电图标准诊断左心室肥厚的价值

摘　　要：目的分析不同形态心电图标准诊断左心室肥厚的价值。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月本院收治的100例左心室高压患者作为研究对象,均通过心电图确诊,参照超声心动图结果,分析不同形态心电图标准诊断的价值。结果不同形态心电图标准诊断特异度、灵敏度、准确度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中Sokolow指数+ST-T改变+Cornell指数诊断特异度高于Sokolow指数,灵敏度、准确度均高于Sokolow指数、Sokolow指数+ST-T改变,Sokolow指数+ST-T改变特异度高于Sokolow指数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于左心室肥厚而言,心电图ST-T改变、Sokolow指数、Cornell指数等标准相结合,能进一步提高临床诊断价值,为临床医师准确评估患者左心室肥厚严重程度提供参考,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the value of different electrocardiogram standards in diagnosing left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods 100 patients with left ventricular hypertension admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were diagnosed through electrocardiogram,and the diagnostic value of different forms of electrocardiogram standards was analyzed based on the results of echocardiography.Results There were statistically significant differences in the diagnostic specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of different morphological ECG standards(P<0.05),the diagnostic specificity of Sokolow index+ST-T change+Cornell index was higher than that of Sokolow index,and the sensitivity and accuracy were higher than those of Sokolow index and Sokolow index+ST-T change,the specificity of Sokolow index+ST-T change was higher than that of Sokolow index,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For left ventricular hypertrophy,the combination of ECG ST-T changes,Sokolow index,Cornell index and other standards can further improve the clinical diagnostic value,provide reference for clinicians to accurately assess the severity of left ventricular hypertrophy,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
