追风透骨胶囊联合肩三针治疗寒湿型肩周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察追风透骨胶囊联合肩三针治疗寒湿型肩周炎的疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2019年9月于本院确诊并接受治疗的100例寒湿型肩周炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组单纯给予肩三针治疗,观察组给予追风透骨胶囊联合肩三针治疗,比较两组临床疗效、疼痛情况、肩关节活动度、肩关节功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组Melle评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组Melle评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组疼痛、日常生活活动、关节活动度和肌力评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组疼痛、日常生活活动、关节活动度和肌力评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论追风透骨胶囊联合肩三针治疗寒湿型肩周炎疗效显著,可尽快缓解患者肩部疼痛,改善肩关节活动度,提高患者肩关节功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhuifeng Tougu capsule combined with three Needles on Shoulder in the treatment of cold dampness type scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with cold dampness type scapulohumeral periarthritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with three Needles on Shoulder alone,and the observation group was treated with Zhuifeng Tougu capsule combined with three Needles on Shoulder,the clinical efficacy,pain,shoulder joint mobility and shoulder joint function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups;after treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Melle score between the two groups;after treatment,the Melle scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pain,activities of daily living,joint mobility and muscle strength scores between the two groups;after treatment,the scores of pain,activities of daily living,joint mobility and muscle strength of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Zhuifeng Tougu capsule combined
