苍龟探穴针法联合电针治疗腰痛病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨苍龟探穴针法联合电针治疗腰痛病的临床疗效。方法选取2020年9月至2021年2月本院收治的60例腰痛病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用苍龟探穴针法治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合电针治疗,比较两组临床疗效、腰部疼痛程度、腰部活动度、不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组腰部疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗10 d后,两组腰部疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组腰部腰部前屈、侧屈、后伸活动度比较差异无统计学意义;治疗10 d后,两组腰部前屈、侧屈、后伸活动度均大于治疗前,且实验组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论苍龟探穴针法联合电针可有效减轻腰痛病患者腰部疼痛程度,提高腰部活动度,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Canggui acupoint probing acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of low back disease.Methods 60 patients with low back pain disease admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Canggui acupoint probing acupuncture,the experimental group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,lumbar pain level,lumbar activity,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in lumbar pain scores between the two groups;after 10 d of treatment,the lumbar pain scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in range of lumbar flexion,lateral flexion,and extension between the two groups;after 10 d of treatment,the range of lumbar flexion,lateral flexion,and extension of the two groups were greater than before treatment,and the experimental group was greater than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period in the two groups.Conclusion The Canggui acupoint probing acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture can effectively reduce the degree of lumbar pain in patients with lower back pain,improve lower back mobility,and have high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
