摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)患者的死亡焦虑现状及影响因素分析。方法选取2020年8月至10月广州市某两所定点医院收治的76例COVID-19患者作为研究对象。采用单因素分析及多元逐步回归分析COVID-19患者死亡焦虑水平的影响因素。结果COVID-19患者的不同性别、婚姻状况、家属是否确诊、疾病类型、文化程度、医学应对方式C-T-DAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者平均C-T-DAS评分为(8.22±3.33)分。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,家属确诊、疾病类型及医学应对方式为COVID-19患者死亡焦虑水平的影响因素。结论COVID-19患者的死亡焦虑超过重度焦虑水平,严重影响其身心健康,临床护士应关注、调节COVID-19患者的死亡焦虑,缓解其负性情绪,提升其生活质量。Objective To investigate the death anxiety status and influencing factors in patients with corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods 76 patients with COVID-19 admitted to one of two designated hospitals in Guangzhou City from August to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the factors influencing the level of in COVID-19 patients.Results There were COVID-19 patients was significantly differences in C-T-DAS scores among different gender,marital status,family diagnosis,disease type,education level and medical coping style(P<0.05).The mean C-T-DAS score was(8.22±3.33)scores.The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the family diagnosis,disease type and the medical coping style were the influencing factors of death anxiety in patients with COVIID-19.Conclusion The death anxiety of COVID-19 patients exceeded the level of severe anxiety and seriously affected their physical and mental health,clinical nurses should pay attention to and regulate the death anxiety of COVID-19 patients to alleviate their negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
