摘　　要：目的探讨手卫生所致医院感染的预防和控制措施。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月本院20名医护人员作为研究对象,2019年1月—12月未行手卫生干预,2020年1—12月行手卫生干预。另选取2019年1—12月本院收治的100例患者作为A组,2020年1—12月本院收治的100例患者作为B组。比较医护人员干预前后手卫生依从性、患者医院感染率及满意率。结果干预后,医护人员手卫生依从性高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组医院感染率为7.00%,低于A组的21.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组总满意率为97.00%,高于A组的83.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院开展手卫生预防医院感染的预防和控制措施效果显著,可有效降低医院感染率,提升患者满意度,提高医护人员手卫生依从性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the prevention and control measures of nosocomial infection caused by hand hygiene.Methods 20 medical staff in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.From January to December 2019,no hand hygiene intervention was carried out,and from January to December 2020,hand hygiene intervention was carried out.In addition,100 patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as group A,and 100 patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as group B.The hand hygiene compliance,hospital infection rate and satisfaction rate of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff was higher than that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nosocomial infection rate in group B was 7.00%,which was lower than 21.00%in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate in group B was 97.00%,which was higher than 83.00%in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The preventive and control measures of hand hygiene to prevent nosocomial infection in hospitals have significant pre-effect,which can effectively reduce the rate of nosocomial infection,improve patients'satisfaction,and improve the compliance of medical staff with hand hygiene,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
