摘　　要：描述中青年冠心病患者服药依从性现状,分析影响中青年冠心病患者用药依从性因素,梳理提高其服药依从性的信息支持护理干预方法,指出目前利用手机端的移动信息平台是信息支持应用最广泛的方法,而医院间为信息孤岛,对患者服药依从性管理未能进行持续追踪管理。建议利用区域化医联体管理形式对患者服药依从性形成系统化信息保障体系,并长期监测观察大样本数据,验证信息支持方式的成效。To describe the current situation of medication compliance in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease,analyze the factors affecting the medication compliance of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease,and sort out the information support nursing intervention methods to improve their medication compliance,it is pointed out that the mobile information platform on the mobile phone is the most widely used method of information support,and the hospital is an information island,and the management of patients'medication compliance has not been continuously tracked and managed.It is recommended to use the regional medical association management form to form a systematic information guarantee system for patients'medication compliance,and to monitor and observe large sample data for a long time to verify the effectiveness of information support methods.
