摘  要:聚乙烯燃气管道的焊接质量将直接影响城镇燃气管网安全运行,但仅采用外观检查、现场检查和焊机数据分析等检查手段,不能有效评定其焊接质量。超声相控阵检测技术是基于脉冲反射法检测技术发展起来的一种新型检测方法,能有效灵活地控制超声波束的入射角度、焦点及焦距,使其适用性和检测有效性大大增强。在工程应用实例中,采用该无损检测技术对热熔和电熔接头的不同类型缺陷进行定量评级,并结合现场实际安装情形分析焊接质量的影响因素,可取得良好的效果;同时,提出了该技术推广应用的建议。The welding quality of polyethylene gas pipe will directly affect the safe operation of urban gas pipelines,but the welding quality cannot be effectively evaluated only through the implementation of appearance inspection,on-site inspection,and welding machine data analysis.Ultrasonic phased array detection technology is a new detection method developed based on pulse detection devices.It can effectively and flexibly control the incident angle,focal point,and focal length of the ultrasonic beam,which greatly enhances its applicability and detection effectiveness.In engineering application examples,the non-destructive test methods were used to quantitatively rate different types of defects in hot melting and electric fusion joints,and the factors affecting welding quality were analyzed based on the actual installation situation on site.Suggestions for promoting the application of this technology were also proposed.
