摘　　要：挥发性有机物无组织排放具有污染因子种类多、排放点广、排放量和排放规律难以确定的特点,导致无组织排放成为挥发性有机物治理的难点。为加强煤基活性炭生产工艺挥发性有机物无组织排放治理,本次研究以国内煤基活性炭的主产地宁夏平罗工业园为例,深入调查了园区内煤基活性炭生产企业现有挥发性有机物无组织排放的主要环节及治理现状,针对压型及晾条等生产环节存在的无组织排放严重的问题,从源头削减、过程控制、末端治理以及加强监管四个方面提出了针对性的治理要求及改造方向。It is difficult to determine the amount and regularity of Volatile organic compound emission due to its characteristics of multiple pollution factors,wide emission points,and difficult to determine the Volatile organic compound.In order to strengthen the control of Volatile organic compound disorganized emissions from coal-based activated carbon production processes,this study takes Pingluo Industrial Park,the main producer of coal-based activated carbon in China,as an example,this paper investigates the main links and the status quo of the existing Volatile organic compound and disorganization in the coal-based activated carbon production enterprises in the park,and puts forward some rectification countermeasures and management directions in the light of the investigation problems.
