西安市鄠邑区填埋场环境问题产生原因及治理实践

摘　　要：生活垃圾填埋场在运行过程中普遍面临着渗滤液处置困难、恶臭气体过度无组织外溢两大环境问题。本文通过对西安市鄠邑区生活垃圾填埋场环境问题治理实践的分析,得出结论:在实施积存渗滤液处理、垃圾堆体平整,雨污分流建设、填埋气收集与处置等措施后可以减少渗滤液的产生,促进填埋气收集与处置,是有效解决填埋场周边环境问题、降低填埋场环境突发事件隐患的方法。The domestic refuse landfill is generally faced with two major environmental problems in the process of operation,namely the difficult of disposal leachate and the excessiveand unorganized overflow of malodorous gas.Through the analsis of the treatment practice of the enviromental problems of the domestive waste landfill in Huyi Disrict,Xi'an City.It is concluded that the measures such as covering the garbage dump and the diversion of rain and sewage can effectively reduce the generation of leachate and promote the effective collection and disposal of landfill gas,which is an effective method to solve the environmental problems around landfill and reduce the hidden dangers of environmental emergencies.
