摘  要:为研究高效石墨精选捕收剂,选取4种直链烷烃和4种芳香烃,以煤油作为参比药剂,通过单一药剂、煤油、复配药剂的石墨精选实验,研究各种药剂的精选效果。研究结果表明:直链烷烃中正十四烷、正十五烷精选效果较好,芳香烃中正庚基苯、正辛基苯精选效果较好;在温度变化时,直链烷烃比芳香烃有更好的适应性,直链烷烃的精选效果优于芳香烃;在两种药剂复配实验中,直链烷烃与芳香烃复配最佳质量比是7∶3,精选效果优于单一药剂和煤油;按照最佳复配比进行的三种药剂复配实验中,复配效果好的芳香烃占比越大精选效果越好,三种药剂复配的精选效果比两药剂差,但比单一药剂和煤油好。This paper aims to resarch the cleaning effect of high-efficiency graphite collector.The study involves selecting 4 kinds of straight chain alkanes and 4 kinds of aromatic hydrocarbons,using kerosene as the reference reagent,and studying the effects of various agents by doing the graphite cleaning experiments with the single reagent,kerosene and compound reagent.The experimental results show that in straight chain alkanesthe,the cleaning effect of n-tetradecane and n-pentadecane is better,and in aromatic hydrocarbons,the cleaning effect of n-heptyl benzene and n-octyl benzene is better.When the experimental temperature changes,straight chain alkanes have better adaptability than aromatic hydrocarbons,giving the better cleaning effect.In the experiment of the combination of the two reagents,the optimal mass ratio of straight chain alkanes to aromatic hydrocarbons is 7∶3,giving that the cleaning effect is better than that of the single reagent and kerosene.According to the optimal ratio,in the composite experiment of the three reagents,the larger the proportion of aromatic hydrocarbon with good compounding effect is,the better the cleaning effect is;and the cleaning effect of the three reagents compounded is worse than that of the two reagents,but better than that of the single reagent and kerosene.
