摘 要:为研究外源信号分子对好氧颗粒污泥微生物群落结构的影响,选用C12-HSL、C14-HSL作为外源信号分子投加到好氧颗粒污泥生长的不同阶段。通过液相色谱-质谱技术,探究反应器中AHLs信号分子分布规律,采用高通量测序技术,分析AHLs对AGS微生物群落结构的影响。结果表明,投加外源信号分子会促进好氧颗粒污泥系统中内源信号分子的合成分泌,在成熟期单独投加C14-HSL后,对应的系统中内源性C10-HSL和C12-HSL分别由最初的353.2和104.3 pg/L升高至2 943.3和2 359 pg/L。投加外源信号分子也会促进系统中优势菌属的生长,如革兰氏阳性菌中动球形菌(Kineosphaera)和中村氏菌(Nakamurella)等,但会降低系统中的生物多样性,Alpha多样性指数中群落丰富度指数从最初的363降低至了166。This paper aims at an insight into the influence of exogenous signal molecules on the microbial community structure of aerobic granular sludge.The study operates by selecting two AHLs signal molecules,C12-HSL and C14-HSL as exogenous signal molecules to be injected into different stages of aerobic granular sludge growth;investigating the distribution pattern of AHLs signal molecules in the reactor by using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry;and analyzing the influence of AHLs on the structure of AGS microbial community with high-throughput sequencing technology.The results show that the addition of exogenous signal molecules promotes the synthesis and secretion of endogenous signal molecules in the aerobic granular sludge system,and the endogenous C10-HSL and C12-HSL in the corresponding system increases from 353.2 and 104.3 pg/L initially to 2 943.3 and 2 359 pg/L,respectively,after the addition of C14-HSL alone in the maturation stage.Exogenous signaling molecules also promotes the growing of dominant genera in the system,such as Kineosphaera and Nakamurella among Gram-positive bacteria,but reduces the biodiversity in the system,with the community richness index in the Alpha diversity index from the initial 363 to 166.
