摘　　要：优质饲草对草食畜牧业高效发展意义重大。青贮饲料作为一种优质饲草,已成为畜牧养殖生产中不可或缺的大宗粗饲料来源,每年生产量和使用量巨大,但由于生产和管理不当造成浪费不容忽视。本文主要从青贮饲料制作前期准备、适时收割、装填压实、密封发酵、青贮成熟等五个关键环节,对青贮饲料调制技术从青贮窖和机械设备的准备、适时收割判断方法、装填压制方法、密封步骤等方面进行综述,并对青贮抽气发酵这一新技术的特点和应用情况进行简述,以提供有益参考。The shortage of high quality roughage is one of the important factors affecting the efficient development of herbivorous animal husbandry.As a kind of high quality forage,silage has become an indispensable source of bulk roughage in animal husbandry production.The annual production and usage are huge,but the waste caused by improper production and management can not be ignored.In this paper,five key links of initial preparation of silage production,timely harvesting,packing and compaction,sealing fermentation,silage maturation were summarized,including silage silo and mechanical equipment preparation,timely harvesting judgment method,filling and pressing method,sealing steps,etc..Meanwhile the characteristics and application of the new technology of silage extraction fermentation were discussed,in order to provide useful reference for readers.
