民族传统体育旅游助力乡村治理现代化研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料等方法对民族传统体育旅游助力乡村治理现代化进行研究。研究认为:民族传统体育旅游有助于完善基层组织架构、有助于丰富乡村产业样态、有助于打造美丽新乡村、有助于创建全新乡村人文空间。但仍旧存在:基层政府能动性缺失,治理体系有待完善、资源融合度不深,产业链优化受阻、文化认同意识欠缺,村民行为组织涣散、缺乏专业人才,项目创新驱动不足、环境保护力度不强,过度开发现象难以消除等困境。以此提出:完善治理体系,夯实基层治理、深化跨界融合,打造多元产业发展模式、以民族特色文化为载体,创建乡村和谐人文新空间、创新人才培养模式,增强发展驱动力、实行网格化管理,加强环保能动意识等对策建议。Using the methods of literature review,this paper studies the contribution of national traditional Sports tourism to the modernization of rural governance.The research believes that national traditional Sports tourism is conducive to improving the grass-roots organizational structure,enriching rural industry patterns,creating beautiful new villages,and creating a new rural humanistic space.However,there are still some difficulties:the lack of initiative of the grass-roots government,the governance system needs to be improved,the integration of resources is not deep,the optimization of the industrial chain is blocked,the awareness of Cultural identity is lacking,the villagers'behavior organization is lax,the lack of professional talents,the lack of project innovation drive,the lack of strong environmental protection,and the Overexploitation phenomenon is difficult to eliminate.Therefore,it is proposed to improve the governance system,consolidate grassroots governance,deepen cross-border integration,create a diversified industrial development model,take the culture with national characteristics as the carrier,create a new space for rural harmonious humanities,innovate talent training mode,enhance the driving force of development,implement Grid-style social management,strengthen the awareness of environmental protection initiative and other countermeasures and suggestions.
