摘  要:本文建立了一种测定纺织品中IPBC残留量的超高效液相色谱方法,以乙腈为萃取溶剂,超声萃取纺织品中残留的碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯,萃取物经浓缩、定容、过滤后进行超高效液相色谱法测定,外标法定量。该方法的检出限为0.5 mg/kg,在1.0~100.0μg/mL范围内,色谱峰响应强度与目标化合物的质量浓度之间存在良好的线性关系,最小二乘线性拟合方程为A=8462.1ρ+260.63,线性相关系数为0.9999。在3个不同加标浓度水平下(2.0、10.0、50.0μg/mL),该方法的加标平均回收率为84.67%~97.75%,相对标准偏差为1.03%~4.73%。该方法简单快速,检出限低,完全满足相关法规的限量要求,可用于纺织品中碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯含量的日常监测工作。An ultra-Performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)method was established for the determination of IPBC residues in textiles,residual iodopropynyl butyl carbamate(IPBC)in textiles was ultrasonically extracted using acetonitrile as the extraction solvent.The extract was then concentrated and filtered,followed by the analysis of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC).The concentration of IPBC was calibrated by the external standard method.The limit of detection(LOD)of the method was 0.5 mg/kg.A good linear relationship existed between the chromatographic peak area(A)and the mass concentration(ρ)within the range from 1.0μg/mL to 100.0μg/mL.The linear equation was A=8462.1ρ+260.63,with a coefficient of 0.9999.The blank samples were spiked at three different concentration levels(2.0,10.0,50.0μg/mL)and the average spiked recoveries changed from 84.67%to 97.75%while the relative standard deviation(RSD)changed from 1.03%to 4.73%.The proposed method was simple,rapid,and with low detection limit.It meets completely the limit requirements of relevant laws and regulations,and could be used for the routine analysis of the content of IPBC in textiles.
