摘　　要：产业统计是支撑产业高质量发展的重要基础。随着人力资源服务产业发展驶入快车道,其跨行业、跨领域特征越来越明显,但现行人力资源服务统计制度难以满足产业“全口径”统计需要。为此,四川省顺应人力资源服务由行业向产业拓展的根本性转变,以“统什么—怎么统—谁来统”为主线,建立产业全口径统计制度,全面摸清产业发展底数和成效,为加快建设中西部人力资源服务高地提供数据支持,不仅取得了良好效果,也为全国其他地区提供了参考借鉴。Industrial statistics are an important foundation for supporting high-quality development of industries.With the development of the human resource service industry entering the fast lane,its cross-industry and cross-field characteristics are becoming increasingly evident.However,the current human resource service statistics system is difficult to meet the needs of the industrial“full-caliber”statistics.To this end,Sichuan Province,in line with the fundamental transformation of human resource services from industry to industry expansion,with the main line of“what to statistically collect-how to statistically collect—who to statistically collect”,has established an industrial full-caliber statistics system,so as to comprehensively understand the bottom line and effectiveness of industrial development,and provide data support for accelerating the construction of a human resource service highland in the central and western regions.Good results have been achieved,and a reference is provided for other regions in China.
