摘　　要：目的了解广西壮族自治区二级、三级综合性医院在老年医学科的建设与管理中遇到的障碍,为中国老年医学科建设与发展提供参考。方法采取多级抽样法,对广西壮族自治区内16名老年医学科管理者进行半结构式访谈,使用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析资料。结果目前,广西壮族自治区老年医学科建设与管理中现存阻碍主要为:正向促进力不足、管理体系不完善、人才体系不成熟。管理者提议,未来应在思想意识、制度政策、资源投入、人才队伍四个方面进行调整。结论广西壮族自治区老年医学科建设仍存在诸多障碍,深化社会老龄化意识,健全老年医学管理体系,探索信息化医疗服务模式,加强老年医学人才体系建设是当务之急。Objective To gain insights into the obstacles encountered in the construction and management of ge-riatrics in secondary and tertiary general hospitals in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,so as to provide a refe-rence for the construction and development of geriatrics in China.Methods Through the multi-level sampling method,16 managers of geriatrics in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were interviewed by a semi-structured interview.The data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis.Results Now,the existing obstacles in the construction and management of geriatrics in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were mainly:insufficient positive factors,imperfect management system and immature talent system.Managers proposed that changes should be made in four aspects:ideology,system and policy,resource investment and talent team in the future.Conclusion There are still many obstacles in the construction of geriatrics in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.It is urgent to deepen the awareness of social aging,improve the geriatric management system,explore the information-based medical service mode,and strengthen the construction of geriatric talent system.
