疫情背景下武汉市企业员工生命质量及其相关因素调查分析

摘  要:目的调查和分析疫情背景下企业员工生命质量状况,为改善员工生命质量提供参考依据。方法于2021年7-12月间,采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,在武汉市企业员工中进行电子问卷调查,共收集6476份有效问卷。使用t检验、方差分析比较生命质量的组间差异,运用二元Logistic回归分析探究影响生命质量的潜在因素。结果武汉市企业员工的生命质量得分中,生理领域得分(15.21±2.46)分,心理领域得分(13.66±3.13)分,社会关系领域得分(13.93±3.12)分,环境领域得分(12.56±3.08)分。回归分析显示,年龄≥30岁、单身、离异/丧偶、工作环境感染高风险、同事感染新冠、变换工作、中等程度收入减少可能影响不同领域得分。结论新冠疫情流行期间,企业员工生命质量受到影响。因此,企业应关注员工的身体状况和心理状态,向其提供社会支持,从而改善员工的生命质量。Objective To investigate and analyze the QOL of enterprise employees in the context of epidemic,and to provide the basis for improving their QOL.Methods From July to December 2021,the multi-stage random sampling method was used to conduct an electronic questionnaire survey among employees of enterprises in Wuhan.6476 valid questionnaires were collected.The t test and the analysis of variance were used to compare the difference in QOL between groups.Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to explore potential factors affecting quality of life.Results For the QOL of employees in enterprises in Wuhan,scores of physiological field,psychological field,social relationship field,and environmental field were 15.21±2.46,13.66±3.13,13.93±3.12 and 12.56±3.08,respectively.Regression analysis indicated that age older than 30 years,single,divorced/widowed,risk of infection in the working environment,infection of colleague,conversion of work and moderate income reduction were the relevant factors of QOL(P<0.05).Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,QOL of employees are impacted.Therefore,enterprises should pay attention to employees'physical and psychological status,and provide necessary social support to improve their QOL.
