摘 要:为了提高医学档案信息资源数字化传输质量与传输效率,基于流媒体技术提出一种医学档案信息资源数字化传输方法。采用全局门限设定与队列门限设定,优化流媒体传输质量,利用速率控制优化流媒体传输效率,通过动态门限调度和速率控制完成医学档案信息资源数字化传输。测试结果验证该方法能有效优化医学档案信息资源数字化传输性能。应用该方法后,医学档案信息资源的传输结果PSNR值始终为40 dB,峰值信噪比较稳定,传输质量优于方法使用前;降低了丢包率和接收时延,提升了医学档案信息资源数字化传输质量与传输效率。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of digital transmission of medical archives information,a digital trans-mission method based on streaming media technology is proposed.The global threshold setting and queue threshold setting are used to optimize the streaming media transmission quality,the streaming media transmission efficiency is optimized by rate con-trol,and the digital transmission of medical archives information resources is completed by dynamic threshold scheduling and rate control.The test results show that this method can effectively optimize the digital transmission performance of medical ar-chives information resources.After this method is applied,the PSNR value of the transmission result of medical archives infor-mation resources is always 40 dB,the peak signal-to-noise ratio is stable,and the transmission quality is better than previous method.It also reduces the packet loss rate and reception delay,and improves the digital transmission quality and efficiency of medical archives information resources.
