摘 要:目前,民办高校二级管理存在管理制度建设欠缺,专业成长不足,效能水平低;人文关怀度不够,职业倦怠增长;激励机制缺乏,职业发展前景迷茫等问题。立足高等教育“质量革命”契机,民办高校院系管理人员能力建设要以立德树人为根本,深化管理育人意识;健全二级管理体制,实现有效治理;设定专项培训规划,分层次提升人员能力;畅通激励机制,激活人员内生动力,进而更好地为民办高校高质量发展保驾护航。Currently,several issues emerge in the secondary management of private universities,including the lack of management system development,insufficient professional growth,low efficiency levels,lack of humanistic concern,leading to increased occupational burnout,in addition,the absence of incentive mechanisms also hampers teachers'professional development prospects.In response to the opportunity for quality revolution in higher education,the capacity building of management personnel in private college and universities should be based on the principles of moral education,deepening the cultivation consciousness through management.This includes the establishment of a sound secondary management system,implementation of effective governance,devising specialized training plans to enhance personnel capabilities at various levels,establishing smooth incentive mechanisms,and activating the internal motivation of staff to better support the high-quality development of private colleges and universities.
