摘 要:通过改变细集料级配,分析细料中粗和细颗粒组成对钢渣-废胎胶粉复合改性沥青混合料(WRAC)体积和力学性能的影响。结果表明,细料中2.36 mm通过率波动对钢渣沥青混合料体积和力学性能影响小,而细料中细颗粒的缺失则影响显著。细料中小于0.6 mm细颗粒的缺失影响最大,造成空隙率和矿料间隙率增大,劈裂强度降低幅度明显,因此应从细料破碎加工、堆放与沥青混合料生产过程严格把控细料中细颗粒组成的稳定性。The effects of coarse and fine fractions of fine aggregate on the volumetric and mechanical properties of waste tire rubber powder composite modified asphalt mixture(WRAC)containing steel slag aggregates were analyzed by changing fine aggregate gradation.The test results showed that the fluctuation of 2.36 mm passing percentage had a slight effect on the volumetric and mechanical properties of the steel slag asphalt mixture,while the lack of the fine particles in fine aggregate had a significant effect.The loss of fine particles that smaller than 0.6 mm in fine aggregate had the greatest influence,which could result in an increase in the air void content and voids in mineral aggregate.Furthermore,an obvious reduction of the indirect tensile strength was observed.Therefore,the particle composition of fine aggregate should be strictly controlled and remained stable during aggregate crushing,stacking and mixture production.
