摘  要:基于先消后引的原则,在混凝土掺入不同比例消泡剂聚醚改性有机硅的条件下,进一步掺入不同比例的引气剂三萜皂甙,研究其对混凝土表观质量的影响。结果表明,适当掺量消泡剂和引气剂掺入后能明显提高混凝土倒置坍落度筒排空时间,减少混凝土表面气泡数量和面积,改善混凝土的抗压强度和抗碳化能力。当消泡剂掺量为0.1%、引气剂掺量为0.01%时,混凝土的性能达到最佳。Based on the principle of first eliminating and then introducing,under the condition of adding different proportions of defoamer polyether modified organic silicon to concrete,different proportions of air entraining agent triterpenoid saponins are further added to study their impact on the apparent quality of concrete.The results show that the appropriate amount of defoamer and air entraining agent can significantly improve the emptying time of the inverted slump cylinder of concrete,reduce the number and area of bubbles on the surface of concrete,and improve the compressive strength and carbonization resistance of concrete.When the amount of defoamer is 0.1%and the amount of air entraining agent is 0.01%,the performance of concrete reaches the optimal level.
