摘  要:针对福建马坑矿业股份有限公司452灰岩矿的开采现状,根据其多年采用浅孔房柱法开采的经验总结,分析存在的问题:开采过程存在顶板控制难度大,工人采矿作业强度高,生产能力较小,开采周期较长,采场的顶柱、间柱控制难度大,采场的通风效果差以及开采过程机械化程度低等。结合矿山近些年大型设备的广泛推广和应用,本文根据新设备、新工艺来探索新的采矿技术。试采证明,新的采矿方法“机械化浅孔分段空场法”完美解决了浅孔房柱法开采现状存在的问题。IAccording to the mining status of Fujian Makeng Mining co.,LTD.,452 limestone ore for the short-hole pillar and small method of mining experience summarizes the existing problems:mining process exists roof control difficulty,workers mining strength is high,small production capacity,long mining cycle,the pillar,column control is difficult,poor ventilation effect and low mining process mechanization problem.Then,combined with the extensive popularization and application of large-scale equipment in recent years,this paper explores the new mining technology according to the new equipment and new technology,and the trial mining proves that the new mining method mechanized shallow hole section air field method perfectly solves the problems existing in the short-hole pillar and small method.
