摘  要:近期某厂生产的6.5mm直径SWRCH22A冷镦盘条出现顶锻开裂现象,在此期间伴随着炸辊事故。对顶锻开裂的SWRCH22A冷镦盘条进行开裂机理研究发现,化学成分、金相组织、非金属夹杂物均符合要求,盘条径向两端的耳子是造成开裂的主要原因。通过调整辊缝、提高辊环冷却能力、调节固溶温度,改进后盘条合格率从提高近0.37%,炸辊事故也大幅度降低。Recently,the 6.5mm SWRCH22A cold heading wire rod produced by a factory has experienced upset forging cracking,which is accompanied by a roll explosion accident.The results of failure analysis shows that the chemical composition,metallographic structure and non-metallic inclusions meet the requirements,and the ears at the radial ends of the wire rod are the main reason for the cracking.By adjusting the roll gap,increasing the cooling capacity of the roll ring,and adjusting the spinning temperature,the qualified rate of the improved wire rod has increased by 0.37%,and the roll explosion accident has also been greatly reduced.
