摘  要:本研究搭建了保压阶段六面顶顶锤的的模拟仿真平台,明晰了叶腊石侧向支撑作用,构建了关键工艺参数-结构参数-危险路径的关联理论。研究表明:第二模型可以更好的模拟出顶锤在保压阶段的应力情况,在路径1上其侧向支撑作用达33.68%,在路径2上其侧向支撑作用达42.03%;顶锤危险点位于小斜面与大斜面交界处的顶点位置。在保证合成腔体压力不变的情况下,更换大顶宽的顶锤,其危险点受力会增加其变化率呈现上升趋势,在合理范围内更换大小顶锤有利于降低其危险点受力提高使用寿命。In this study,a simulation platform of six sided anvil in the pressure maintaining stage was built,the lateral support effect of pyrophyllite was analyzed,and the correlation theory of key process parameters structural parameters dangerous path was built.The research shows that the second model can better simulate the stress of the anvil in the pressure holding stage.The lateral support effect on path 1 is 33.68%,and that on path 2 is 42.03%;The danger point of the ram is located at the top of the junction of the small inclined plane and the large inclined plane.Under the condition that the pressure of synthetic chamber remains unchanged,replace the anvil with large top width,the stress on its dangerous points will increase,and its change rate will show an upward trend.Replacing the large and small anvil within a reasonable range will help reduce the stress on its dangerous points and improve its service life.
