摘  要:本文基于工业永磁电机在液压机械领域的应用背景,以内置式永磁电机磁路及集总参数热网络温度场模型为基础,对原电机方案进行转子结构、永磁体及绕组参数优化。通过有限元仿真对负载情况下电磁与温度场耦合及高温过载退磁风险进行分析,并通过样机实验对比验证改善方案可行性,实现电机转矩密度提升44%。According to the application background of industrial PMSM in the field of hydraulic machinery,this paper optimized the rotor structure,permanent magnet and winding parameters of the original scheme based on IPMSM magnetic circuit and lumped parameter thermal network temperature field model,Through finite element simulation,the coupling of electromagnetic and temperature field and the risk of high temperature overload demagnetization were analyzed.The feasibility of the improvement scheme was verified by the comparison of prototype experiments,then the motor torque density was increased by 44%.
