摘  要:以毛竹苗圃残余竹鞭段为材料,采用3节、6节、9节、10~12节和13~15节的竹鞭进行埋鞭繁殖,通过调查分析苗圃起苗后不同鞭节数残余竹鞭分布情况,研究不同鞭节数量对鞭段成活率、竹苗高度影响,为毛竹苗圃残余鞭段再育苗和快速繁殖提供理论依据和技术参考。结果表明:9鞭节的竹鞭数量最多,10~12鞭节成活率和竹苗高度最高。在选用苗圃残余竹鞭段繁殖毛竹时,综合考虑竹鞭来源、成活率和生长量等因素,选择鞭节数为9节以上的竹鞭为宜,可以在短时间内繁殖出大量优良竹苗且高大,有利于降低育苗成本,缩短育苗周期。In order to provide technical support for reproduction of Phyllostachys edulis nursery rhizome segments,the laying-rhizome propagation was carried out with 3,6,9,10~12 and 13~15 rhizome segment.Through investigation and analysis of distribution of different number of rhizome segments the effects of different number of rhizome on the survival rate of rhizome segments and height of P.edulis seedlings were studied.The results showed that number of rhizome segments at 9 segments was the highest,the survival rate at 10~12 rhizome segments and the height of P.edulis seedlings were the highest.When selecting the residual rhizome segments in the nursery for breeding P.edulis,considering the source,survival rate and growth of rhizome segments,it is appropriate to choose the rhizome segments with more than 9 rhizome segments,which can breed a large number of fine P.edulis seedlings in a short time and is tall,which is conducive to reducing the cost of breeding seedlings and shortening the cycle of breeding seedlings.
