摘　　要：苜蓿(Mediacago sativa L.)是多年生优质豆科牧草,具有适应性强、营养价值高等特点,是世界上栽培面积最大的牧草,享有“牧草之王”的美称。20世纪50年代以来,我国在苜蓿育种中开展了一系列研究工作,选育出了抗逆性强、产量高、品质优良的苜蓿新品种,为苜蓿种业的快速发展奠定了基础。本文对我国苜蓿新品种选育的进展、已育成的优良品种的育种方法等方面进行了综述,并结合研究概况,分析了当前苜蓿育种工作存在的问题和不足,并对今后的发展趋势进行了展望。Alfalfa is a perennial high-quality legume forage with strong adaptability and high nutritional value,making it the world's largest cultivated forage and enjoying the reputation of“the king of forage”.Since the 50s of the 20th century,China has carried out a series of research work in alfalfa breeding,and selected and bred new alfalfa varieties with strong stress resistance,high yield and excellent quality,which laid the foundation for the rapid development of alfalfa seed industry.In this paper,the progress of alfalfa breeding of new alfalfa varieties in China,the breeding methods of the excellent varieties that have been bred,and the problems and shortcomings of the current alfalfa breeding work are analyzed based on the research overview,and the future development trend prospects.
