摘　　要：高质量发展需要高质量投资推动,高质量投资需要高质量决策支撑。针对建设项目开展全生命周期的后评价工作,是在新发展阶段下提升提高投资决策水平、加强穿透式监管的重要方式。文章通过回顾后评价制度的发展过程,分析了后评价开展时存在的主要问题,探讨提出了在新发展阶段下实践与推广的对策措施,从而为更好助推高质量决策提供创新路径。The promotion of high-quality investment is necessary for high-quality development,and the support of high-quality decision is necessary for high-quality investment.Conducting post-evaluation throughout the entire lifecycle of construction projects is an important way to improve investment decision levels and strengthen penetrating supervision in the new development stage.By reviewing the development process of the post-evaluation system,the main problems in implementing post-evaluation were analyzed.Measures for practice and promotion were formulated to provide innovative paths for the promotion of high-quality decision.
