摘　　要：目的分析无偿献血与单采血浆捐献重叠人群特征及流动性,为制定献血及献浆人群招募和保留策略提供科学依据,进一步为我国血站及浆站管理决策制定提出科学参考。方法收集从建站起至2021年7月31日四川省广元市2个同时开展无偿献血采集和单采血浆采集的县级行政区域内无偿献血及单采血浆捐献者的基本信息,进行统计比对,并采用χ2检验及Post hoc testing检验进行统计学分析。结果截至2021年7月31日,剑阁、苍溪2地参与献血共50658人,参与献浆共63375人,重叠人群共6189人。40~50岁人群是2地区献血主力军,共16458人(35.2%);50岁以上人群是2地献浆主要人群,共35558人(56.1%)。在重叠人群中,40~50岁人群占比最大,达2496人(40.3%);男性占比较大,达3146人(50.8%)。这三类人群在年龄及性别上有统计学差异(P<0.001)。捐献目标发生转变的流动人群共5183人,其中包括献浆转献血人群2072人,献血转献浆人群3111人。在流动人群中,男性达2671人(51.5%);50岁以上人群是主要流动人群,达3632人(70.1%)。该两种捐献目标流动人群在性别(P<0.05)及年龄(P<0.001)上也具有统计学差异。结论调查地区内均存在小部分捐献者献血又献浆的情况,且以40~50岁男性为主,其中50岁以上人群更易出现捐献目标的转变,但绝大部分捐献者捐献行为单一,目标固定且不易转变。Objective To analyze the characteristics and mobility of the overlapping population of voluntary blood donation and plasmapheresis donation,so as to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of recruitment and retention strategies for blood donation and plasmapheresis donation,and to further propose a scientific reference for the decision-making of blood banks and plasmapheresis station management in China.Methods The basic information of blood donors and plasmapheresis donors in two counties in Guangyuan,Sichuan Province,which carried out whole blood collection and plasmapheresis collection from the establishment of the station to July 31,2021 was statistically compared and analzed using the chi-square test and Post hoc testing test.Results As of July 31,2021,a total of 50658 people participated in blood donation and 63375 people participated in plasmapheresis donation in Jiange County and Cangxi County,with a total overlap of 6189 people.In the two regions,16458(35.2%)people aged 40 to 50,and 35558 people(56.1%)were over 50 years old.Among the overlapping population,2496(40.3%)were 40 to 50 years old,accounted for the largest proportion,and 3146(50.8%)were males.Significant differences were noticed in age(P<0.001)and gender(P<0.001).There was a shift in dontion in 5183,including 2072 people from plasma to blood and 3111 people from blood to plasma,among which 2671(51.5%)were men and 3632(70.1%)were over 50 years old,with significant differences in gender(P<0.05)and age(P<0.001).Conclusion There were a small number of donors donating both blood and plasma in Jiange and Cangxi,and men aged 40 to 50 were the majority,and people over 50 years old were more likely to shift the donation goals.The vast majority of donors have a single and fixed donation goal(blood or plasma),and are not easy to change.
