摘　　要：目的构建医院质量安全术语标准。方法运用文献研究法建立术语条目池,经专题小组讨论构建术语标准草案,经1轮德尔菲专家函询和2轮专家共识会议,形成术语标准终稿。结果专家函询问卷的回收率为100%,专家权威系数为0.87。共邀请15名专家参加了2轮专家共识会议。最终发布医院质量安全术语标准(TCHAS 10-1-4—2022),包括4个一级类目、20个二级类目,共计370条术语。结论构建的医院质量安全术语标准具有良好的科学性和可靠性,可作为辅助医疗机构开展标准化管理工作的工具。Objective To construct the terminology standard of hospital quality and safety.Methods The draft terminology standard was constructed through group discussions,and the final draft terminology standard was formed after one round of Delphi expert consultation and two rounds of expert consensus meetings.Results The recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100%,and the authority coefficient of experts was 0.87.A total of 15 experts were invited to two rounds of expert consensus meetings.The terminology standard for hospital quality and safety(TCHAS 10-1-1-4-2022)was finally released,including 4 first-level categories,20 second-level categories,and 370 terms in total.Conclusion The terminology standard of hospital quality and safety developed in this study is scientific and reliable,which can be used as a tool to assist medical institutions in carrying out standardized management.
