摘  要:利用Arcam A2X型真空3D打印机,通过电子束选区熔化技术(EBSM),采用去内部应力退火、再结晶完全退火、固溶、时效4种热处理工艺对EBSM成形件进行热处理,研究不同热处理工艺对其成形性能与显微组织的影响。结果表明,经过4种热处理工艺的EBSM打印试件力学性能都得到了不同程度的提升,其中再结晶退火处理后,试样的抗拉强度提升最大,时效处理提升材料的塑性最明显;4种热处理工艺处理试样的断口均呈韧性断裂。The TC4 alloy samples were prepared by using Arcam A2X vacuum 3D printer and electron beam selective melting technology,and different heat treatment processes including stress relief annealing,recrystallization annealing,solution and aging,were conducted on EBSM molded parts,and the effects of different heat treatment processes on molding properties and microstructure were observed.The results reveal that after different heat treatment processes,the mechanical properties of EBSM printed specimens are improved obviously,among which recrystallization annealing treatment can improve the tensile strength greatly,and aging treatment can improve the plasticity greatly.The fracture morphology of specimens by different heat treatment processes presents ductile fracture.
