摘 要:在高合金冷硬铸铁轧辊表面激光熔覆制备了Ni基WC梯度复合涂层,使用光学显微镜、显微硬度计、扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪和磨损试验机研究了熔覆层的显微组织、成分、硬度和耐磨性能。结果表明,适宜的熔覆工艺参数可以获得组织致密、表面无明显裂纹缺陷的涂层;涂层与基体形成了冶金结合;Ni/WC复合层主要由γ-Ni、WC、W_(2)C和Cr_(3)C_(2)等相组成。由于熔覆层的弥散强化作用,复合层硬度达到了基体的1.8倍,耐磨性达到了基体的8倍以上,提高了热轧辊表面性能。Ni-based WC gradient compound coating was prepared on the surface of high alloy chilled cast iron roller by laser cladding,and the microstructure,phase composition,hardness and wear resistance of the cladding layer were investigated by optical microscope,microhardness tester,scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer,X-ray diffraction and wear testing machine.The results indicate that the coating with compact structure and absence of crack defects can be obtained with appropriate cladding process parameters,and metallurgical bonding is formed between coating and substrate.Ni/WC compound layer is mainly composed of γ-Ni,WC,W_(2)C,Cr_(3)C_(2) and other phases.Due to the dispersion strengthening mechanism of the cladding layer,the hardness reaches 1.8 times of the matrix,the wear resistance reaches over 8 times of the matrix,improving the performance of hot-rolled surface.
