摘 要:研究了添加微量Mo、Zr元素以及人工时效对高压铸造Al-Si-Cu-Mg-Fe-Mn合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,Mo的添加使合金在高压铸造快速凝固过程中形成细小颗粒状的含Mo相,而Zr元素主要固溶于基体,晶界处细小均匀的含Fe、含Mo相对铸态合金的力学性能具有强化作用。另外,随着自然时效时间增加,Al-9.0Si-2.0Cu-0.2Mg-0.1Fe-0.4Mn-1.8Zn合金、复合添加0.12%的Mo和0.15%的Zr后的合金力学性能均得到提高,其屈服强度与铸态相比分别提高了7.4%和8.8%。经过人工时效后,G.P.区以及θ′相的析出使Al-9.0Si-2.0Cu-0.2Mg-0.1Fe-0.4Mn-1.8Zn合金、复合添加0.12%的Mo和0.15%的Zr后的合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度得到提高,经175℃×6 h人工时效后,Al-9.0Si-2.0Cu-0.2Mg-0.1Fe-0.4Mn-1.8Zn合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度与铸态相比分别增加了8.8%、43.0%,复合添加0.12%的Mo和0.15%的Zr后,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度与铸态相比分别增加了10.6%、43.8%。The effects of the addition of trace Mo and Zr elements and artificial aging on mechanical properties of high pressure die casting(HPDC)Al-Si-Cu-Mg-Fe-Mn alloy were investigated.The results indicate that the addition of Mo can induce the formation of small granular Mo containing phase in rapid solidification of HPDC,and Zr element is mainly soluted in the matrix.The fine and uniform Fe-containing and Mo-containing phases at the grain boundary can strengthen the mechanical properties of as-cast alloy.In addition,with the increase of nature aging time,the mechanical properties of Al-9.0Si-2.0Cu-0.2Mg-0.1Fe-0.4Mn-1.8Zn,Al-9.0Si-2.0Cu-0.2Mg-0.1Fe-0.4Mn-1.8Zn-0.12Mo-0.15Zr alloys are improved.Compared with those of as-cast ones,yield strength is increased by 7.4% and 8.8%,respectively.After artificial aging,G.P.zone and θ'phase precipitation can increase the tensile and yield strength of Al-9.0Si-2.0Cu-0.2Mg-0.1Fe-0.4Mn-1.8Zn and Al-9.0Si-2.0Cu-0.2Mg-0.1Fe-0.4Mn-1.8Zn-0.12Mo-0.15Zr alloys.After artificial aging at 175 C for 6 h,the tensile strength and the yield strength of Al-9.0Si-2.0Cu-0.2Mg-0.1Fe-0.4Mn-1.8Zn alloy are increased by 8.8%and 43.0%,and the tensile strength and the yield strength of A1-9.0Si-2.0Cu-0.2Mg-0.1Fe-0.4Mn-1.8Zn-0.12Mo-0.15Zr alloy are increased by 10.6%and 43.8%,respectively,compared to those of as-cast ones.
