摘 要:探究了Nb对高碳铬钼铸钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸、珠光体片层间距及硬度的影响。在最佳Nb含量的基础上,对比研究了Nb对高碳铬钼铸钢冲击磨料磨损性能的影响。结果表明,当Nb含量(质量分数)为0.05%时,高碳铬钼铸钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸、珠光体片层间距最小,而硬度最高。在冲击磨料磨损试验中,不同的磨损参数下,0.05%Nb含量试样的磨损量比不含Nb的减少了9%~41%。在高碳铬钼铸钢中,Nb的细晶强化、析出强化作用成为了高碳铬钼铸钢组织及性能优化的关键。The effects of niobium on austenite grain size,pearlite lamellum spacing and hardness of high-carbon CrMo cast steel were investigated.Based on the optimal niobium content,the effects of niobium on impact abrasive wear properties of high-carbon CrMo cast steel were analyzed comparatively.The results show that when the niobium content is 0.05%,the austenite grain size and pearlite lamellum spacing of high-carbon CrMo cast steel are minimum,and the hardness reaches the maxinum value.In the impact abrasive wear test,the wear amount of the sample containing 0.05% Nb is reduced by 9%~41% compared with that without niobium under different wear parameters.In high carbon CrMo cast steel,the fine grain strengthening and precipitation strengthening of niobium play the key role to optimize the microstructure and properties of high carbon CrMo cast steel.
