摘 要:为了研究不同组合药剂处理对‘千禧’番茄的生长发育、产量和品质的影响,本研究以赤霉素(GA_(3))分别与萘乙酸(NAA)、S-诱抗素(S-ABA)和芸苔素内酯(BRs)互配,通过测定不同药剂组合处理研究对千禧番茄的单果重、果径、可溶性固形物、硬度、叶面积、叶绿素、丙二醛、花青素、总酚、类黄酮、单穗果个数和产量的影响。结果显示喷施NAA+GA_(3)、S-ABA+GA_(3)和BRs+GA_(3)在合适的浓度下能提高‘千禧’番茄的可溶性固形物含量、单果重和产量,其中对单果重、果径、可溶性固形物、单穗果个数和产量进行综合性分析(TOPSIS分析)得出BRs+GA_(3)(0.32 mg/L+20 mg/L)这一浓度处理的综合评价最好。本研究为提高‘千禧’番茄在露地栽培的产量和提升品质提供了理论参考和实践依据。In order to study the effects of pharmaceutical treatment for different combinations on the growing and development,yield and quality of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.cv.Qianxi,in this study,gibberellin(GA_3) was interacted with 1-naphthylacetic acid(NAA),S-abscisic acid(S-ABA) and brassinosteroids(BRs),respectively.The effects of fruit weight,fruit diameter,soluble solids,firmness,leaf area,chlorophyll,MDA,anthocyanins,total phenols,flavonoids,number of fruit per spike and yield of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.cv.Qianxi were studied by measuring the trea-tment of different chemical combinations.Spraying temperate concentrations of NAA +GA_3,S-ABA+GA_(3) and BRs+GA_(3) could increase the soluble solids content,fruit weight and yield of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.cv.Qianxi.According to the comprehensive analysis(TOPSIS analysis) of single fruit weight,fruit diameter,soluble solids content,number of fruit per spike and yield,the concentration of BRs+GA_3(0.32 mg/L+20 mg/L) was the best comprehensive evaluation among the rest,which provided theoretical reference and practical basis for improving the yield and quality of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.cv.Qianxi in open field cultivation.
