摘 要:为推广迷你型蝴蝶兰规模化生产,研究植物外源激素对迷你型蝴蝶兰开花性状的影响。以迷你型蝴蝶兰‘小星光’和‘迷迭香’为材料,研究不同浓度的赤霉素(GA_(3))和6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)对迷你型蝴蝶兰花梗长度、花梗粗度、花苞数量及始花期的影响。结果显示,GA_(3)可以促进花梗伸长,同时导致花梗变细;6-BA对花梗伸长有一定抑制作用,同时使其变粗。GA_(3)浓度越高花苞数量越少,6-BA则可以促进花苞数量的增加。GA_(3)可以促使迷你型蝴蝶兰提前开花,且浓度越低效果越明显,与对照组相比6-BA会延迟其始花期。在GA_(3)条件下‘小星光’出现花瓣畸形的现象,且浓度越高则出现花瓣的畸形率越高。经过100 mg/L GA_(3)处理的迷你型蝴蝶兰其开花性状综合表现最佳,本研究对产业化促进迷你型蝴蝶兰高品质成花具有重要的意义。In order to promo te the large-scale production of mini Phalaenopsis,the effects of plant exogenous hormones on the flowering characters of miniature Phalaenopsis were studied.The effects of different concentrations of gibberellin(GA_3) and 6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA) on the length,peduncle thickness,number of buds and flowering period of miniature Phalaenopsis were studied using the miniature Phalaenopsis 'Little Starlight' and'Rosemary' as materials.The results showed that GA_(3) can promote peduncle elongation while causing the peduncle to become thinner;6-BA has a certain inhibitory effect on peduncle elongation and at the same time makes it thicker.The higher the concentration of GA_3,the fewer the number of flower buds,and 6-BA can promote the increase in the number of flower buds.GA_(3) can promote the early flowering of miniature Phalaenopsis,and the lower the concentration,the more obvious the effect,and the 6-BA will delay its initial flowering period compared with the control group.Under the condition of GA_3,'Little Starlight' appeared petal deformity,and the higher the concentration,the higher the petal deformity rate.The miniature Phalaenopsis treated with 100 mg/L GA_(3has) the best comprehensive flowering characteristics.The study is of great significance for industrialization to promote the high-quality flowering of miniature Phalaenopsis.
