摘 要:以6年生思茅松半同胞家系子代测定林为研究对象,对树高、枝下高、胸径、材积等4个生长性状进行家系间差异性比较、遗传参数估算及遗传相关分析,并以材积为目标性状,利用育种值进行优良家系的选择。结果显示:4个生长性状在6年时材积性状变异相对较大,树高、枝下高、胸径和材积在不同家系间的差异达到了极显著的水平(P<0.01);树高、枝下高、胸径和材积性状的家系遗传力分别为0.521,0.564,0.540和0.504,单株遗传力分别为0.430,0.270,0.311和0.249;表型和遗传变异系数依次为材积>枝下高>胸径>树高;材积与胸径、树高的遗传相关达到极显著水平;材积性状在5%~20%的入选率下可获得30.47%~20.71%的遗传增益;以材积性状为指标,利用家系育种值选择出4个优良家系,其材积较对照提高30.93%~39.07%。基于遗传分析对思茅松子代测定林进行选择能获得较好的遗传增益,可为思茅松的遗传改良选出较好的遗传材料。The difference comparison,genetic parameter estimation and genetic correlation analysis were carried out for four growth traits including tree height,branch height,diameter at breast height(DBH)and volume in 6-year-old half-sib progeny of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis with the volume trait as the target trait,the breeding value were used to select the superior families.The results showed that the variation of volume traits was relatively large among the four growth traits at years,and the differences of tree height,branch height,DBH and volume among different families was extremely significant(P<0.01).The family heritability of height,branch height,DBH and volume of half-sib progeny were 0.521,0.564,0.540 and 0.504 respectively,and the individual heritability were 0.430,0.270,0.311 and 0.430,0.270,0.311 respectively.The phenotypic and genetic variation coefficients of four growth traits were volume>branch height>DBH>height,and the genetic correlation between volume and DBH,height reached extremely significant level(P<0.01).The genetic gain of volume was 30.47%-20.71%at the selection rate of 5%-20%.Based on the volume traits,4 superior families were selected by using the breeding value of the family,and the volume was increased by 30.93%-39.07%compared with the control.The selection of progeny forest based on genetic analysis can obtain better genetic gain,and can provide superior genetic materials for genetic improvement of P.kesiya var.langbianensis.
