摘  要:为探究滇产不同竹种的竹叶黄酮含量及其体外抗氧化活性,以云南5种经济竹种的竹叶为研究材料,采用比色法测定竹叶中的总黄酮含量,使用高效液相色谱法测定竹叶黄酮苷含量,并通过DPPH、羟基自由基和超氧阴离子的清除率来评价竹叶黄酮抗氧化活性。结果显示:(1)每100 g竹叶中的总黄酮含量从高到低依次为流苏香竹、龙竹、勃氏甜龙竹、箣竹子、大叶慈竹,其中流苏香竹竹叶含量最高,达1.083 g/(100 g);竹叶中含有的4种黄酮苷的总含量从高到低依次为龙竹、大叶慈竹、勃氏甜龙竹、流苏香竹、箣竹子,其中龙竹竹叶含量最高,为34.997 mg/g。(2)在相同提取液体积下,流苏香竹叶黄酮提取液对DPPH自由基清除率高达77.86%,对羟基自由基清除率高达97.29%,对超氧阴离子清除率高达67.48%。通过综合分析竹叶黄酮含量和竹叶黄酮体外抗氧化活性的结果表明,5种参试竹种中流苏香竹的表现最佳。本研究为利用竹叶黄酮资源开发抗氧化、抗衰老的日化产品提供了基础的参考资料。In order to explore the flavonoid content and antioxidant activity in vitro of bamboo leaves from different bamboo species in Yunnan,the leaves of five economic bamboo species in Yunnan were used as research materials.The content of total flavonoids in bamboo leaves was determined by colorimetry,and the content of flavonoid glycosides in bamboo leaves was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The antioxidant activity of bamboo leaves flavonoids was evaluated by DPPH,hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion scavenging rate.The results showed that:(1)The content of total flavonoids in bamboo leaves was as follows:Chimonocalamus fimbriatus>Dendrocalamus giganteus>D.brandisii>Chimonobambusa pachystachys>D.farinosus,and the highest content was Chimonocalamus fimbriatus,with the content as high as 1.083 g/(100 g);The total content of four flavonoid glycosides in bamboo leaves is Dendrocalamusgiganteus>D.farinosus>D.brandisii>Chimonocalamus fimbriatus>Chimonobambusa pachystachys,among which D.giganteus is the highest,with the content as high as 34.997 mg/g.(2)Under the same volume of extract,the scavenging rate of flavonoids extract from Chimonocalamus fimbriatus on DPPH radical was as high as 77.86%,hydroxyl radical was as high as 97.29%,and superoxide anion was as high as 67.48%.By studying and comparing the content of bamboo leaf flavonoids and their antioxidant activity in vitro,it is concluded that the best bamboo leaf is Chimonocalamus fimbriatus,and the antioxidant activity in vitro is remarkable,which provides reference for the development of bamboo leaf flavonoids’antioxidant and anti-aging products.
