摘  要:为提高水凝胶的稳定性和力学性能,扩展其应用,以天然多糖透明质酸(HA)、L-天冬氨酸(L-ASP)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为基础原料,以Zn^(2+)为物理交联剂,以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为化学交联剂,设计了一种物理-化学交联双网络(DN)水凝胶,并研究了Zn^(2+)浓度对水凝胶性能的影响。结果表明:水凝胶具有均匀致密和强韧的孔道结构,孔径约为10~20μm;水凝胶具有良好的热稳定性,且热稳定性与Zn^(2+)浓度有关,Zn^(2+)浓度越高,热稳定性越好;水凝胶具有良好的力学性能和剪切稀化特性,提高Zn^(2+)浓度,可以提高水凝胶的力学强度;水凝胶具有良好的溶胀能力,溶胀过程由扩散和松弛共同控制;水凝胶具有良好的保水性,能够保持水分在30~50 h左右,并且保水率与Zn^(2+)浓度呈负相关;此外,水凝胶具有一定的pH敏感性,在碱性环境中溶胀受到阻碍。In order to improve the stability and mechanical strength of hydrogel to expand its application,a physical-chemical crosslinking double network(DN)hydrogel was designed using natural polysaccharide hyaluronic acid(HA),L-aspartic acid(L-ASP)and acrylamide(AM)as raw materials,Zn^(2+)as physical crosslinking agent and N,N′-methylene bisacrylamide(MBA)as chemical crosslinking agent.The effect of Zn^(2+)concentration on the proper-ties of the hydrogel was also studied.The results show that the hydrogel has uniform and compact pore structure with pore size of 10-20μm.The hydrogel has good thermal stability,and the thermal stability is correlated to the concentration of Zn^(2+),and the higher the concentration of Zn^(2+),the better the thermal stability.The hydrogel has good mechanical properties and shear thinning properties.The mechanical strength of the hydrogel can be im-proved by increasing the concentration of Zn^(2+).The hydrogel has good swelling ability and the swelling process is controlled by diffusion and relaxation.The hydrogel has good water retention,and can retain water in 30-50 h,and the water retention rate is negatively correlated with Zn^(2+)concentration.In addition,the hydrogel has a certain pH sensitivity,and swelling is hindered in alkaline environment.
