摘  要:为开发更高效和简易的动力电池正极材料的制备工艺,以可溶性金属盐为原料,采用喷雾干燥法制备出过渡金属醋酸盐前驱体(n(Ni)∶n(Co)∶n(Mn)=8∶1∶1,摩尔比),再通过优化煅烧工艺制备高镍三元正极材料LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2))(NCM811)。通过热重分析(TG)探求前驱体在煅烧过程中的物理化学变化;通过扫描电镜(SEM)与X射线衍射(XRD)表征前驱体与煅烧产物的形貌与晶体结构;通过恒流充放电、倍率性能及循环伏安法测试研究材料的储锂性能。结果表明:800℃煅烧时间6 h后的正极材料形貌良好,Li^(+)/Ni^(2+)混排程度低;煅烧时间6 h制备的NCM811材料在充放电过程中有较高的库伦效率;经过300次充放电循环后,容量保持率为83%,具有出色的电化学性能。因此,喷雾干燥法可作为高效制备三元正极材料前驱体的工艺路线。In order to develop a more efficient and simple preparation process for postive electrode materials of power batteries,the transition metal acetate precursors(n(Ni)∶n(Co)∶n(Mn)=8∶1∶1,molar ratio)were prepared by spray drying method using soluble metal salts as raw materials.The high nickel ternary cathode material LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2))(NCM811)was prepared by the optimizing calcining process.TG was used to investigate the physicochemical changes of precursors during calcination;the morphology and crystal structure of the precursor and calcined product were characterized by SEM and XRD;the lithium storage performance was tested by constant current charge discharge method,rate method and cyclic voltammetry.The results show that the cathode material calcined at 800℃for 6 h has good morphology and low Li^(+)/Ni^(2+) mixing degree;the capacity retention rate is over 83%after 300 charge discharge cycles,which has excellent electrochemical performance.The spray drying method provides an efficient preparation process for the ternary cathode materials.
