摘 要:为了提高泡沫酸用表面活性剂起泡剂的耐温抗盐和耐酸性能,室内以长链脂肪酸、N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺和溴代乙酸钠为合成原料,制备了一种适合泡沫酸用的表面活性剂起泡剂PM-11,并评价了其表面活性和综合起泡性能。实验结果表明,表面活性剂起泡剂PM-11具有良好的表面活性,当其质量浓度为0.3%时,可使水溶液的表面张力降低至30 mN/m以下。表面活性剂起泡剂PM-11在15%盐酸溶液中的起泡性能较好,当其质量浓度为0.3%时,起泡体积可以达到550 mL,泡沫半衰期可以达到10.6 min。另外,表面活性剂起泡剂PM-11还具有良好的耐温抗盐性能,并且其起泡体积和泡沫半衰期均明显优于其他常用市售起泡剂。研究结果认为表面活性剂起泡剂PM-11能够应用于泡沫酸中,并能有效增强泡沫酸的耐温抗盐性能,提高酸化解堵作业的施工效率。In order to improve the temperature resistance,salt resistance and acid resistance of surfactant foaming agent for foam acid,a surfactant foaming agent PM-11 suitable for foam acid was prepared indoor with long-chain fatty acid,N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine and sodium bromoacetate as raw materials,and its surface activity and comprehensive foaming performance were evaluated.The experimental results show that the surfactant foaming agent PM-11 has good surface activity.When its mass concentration is 0.3%,the surface tension of the aqueous solution can be reduced to less than 30 mN/m.Surfactant foaming agent PM-11 has good foaming performance in 15%HCl solution.When its mass concentration is 0.3%,the foaming volume can reach 550 mL and the half-life of foam can reach 10.6 min.In addition,the surfactant foaming agent PM-11 also has good temperature resistance and salt resistance,and its foaming volume and foam half-life are significantly better than other commonly used commercial foaming agents.The research results show that the surfactant foaming agent PM-11 can be used in foam acid,and can effectively enhance the temperature resistance and salt resistance of foam acid,and improve the construction efficiency of acidizing plug removal operation.
