摘 要:采用水性环氧树脂(WER)对SBR改性乳化沥青进行复合改性,分析不同WER掺量的SBR改性乳化沥青老化前后的基本物理性能、流变性能,并进行红外光谱分析。结果表明,加入WER后,SBR乳化沥青的高温稳定性明显增强,针入度和延度减小,软化点升高;WER可以提高SBR改性乳化沥青的抗老化性能,而且这种效果随着WER掺量的增加而更加明显,建议WER的掺量应控制在9%~15%。Water-based epoxy resin(WER)was used for complex modification of SBR modified emulsified asphalt.The prop-erties of SBR modified emulsified asphalt with different WER mixtures before and after aging were analyzed,including basic physical properties,rheological properties and infrared spectrum analysis.The results show that the high temperature stability of SBR emulsified asphalt is significantly enhanced,the penetration and ductility are reduced and the softening point is increased after the addition of WER.WER can improve the anti-aging property of SBR modified emulsified asphalt,and this effect becomes more obvious with the increase of WER dosage.It is suggested that WER dosage should be controlled between 9%~15%.
