摘 要:研究了以花岗岩尾矿为主要原料制备CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(CAS)系微晶玻璃的可行性,选用ZnO、TiO_(2)作为助熔剂和晶核剂,采用高温熔融结晶法在不同晶化条件下制备微晶玻璃试样,利用XRD、SEM-EDS分析试样的物相成分、微观结构及晶粒生长排布情况;利用密度仪、维氏硬度仪和万能力学试验机测试试样的密度、硬度、抗弯强度和抗压强度。结果表明,当熔融温度、核化温度和晶化温度保持在1300、880、980℃时,微晶玻璃的性能最佳,晶相和玻璃相分布均匀,晶粒形状规则排布紧密,密度最大(2.67 g/cm^(3)),硬度最高(9.13 GPa),吸水率为0.16%,抗弯、抗压强度可达146.2、351.7 MPa,符合JC/T 872—2020《建筑装饰用微晶玻璃》的要求,尾矿利用率达63.39%。The feasibility of preparing CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(CAS)glass-ceramic with granite tailings as the main raw material was studied,ZnO and TiO_(2) were selected as co-solvent and crystal nucleating agent,glass-ceramic samples under different crystallization conditions were prepared by high-temperature melt crystallization method,and the phase composition,microstructure and grain growth arrangement of each type of specimen were analyzed by XRD and SEM-EDS technical means.The density,hardness,flexural strength,and compressive strength of each type of specimen were tested by density meter,Vickers hardness tester and universal capacity testing machine.The results show that when the melting temperature,nuclearization temperature and crystallization temperature remain unchanged at 1300℃,880℃,and 980℃,the obtained glass-ceramic specimen has the best performances,the crystal phase and glass phase in the product are evenly distributed,the grain shape is regularly arranged and compact,the density is up to 2.67 g/cm^(3),the hardness is up to 9.13 GPa,the water absorption rate is 0.16%,and the bending and compressive strength can reach 146.2 MPa and 351.7 MPa,which conforms to the requirements in standard JC/T 872—2020"Glass-ceramic for building decoration"and the utilization rate of tailings can reach 63.39%.
