摘 要:为了改善高抗拉混凝土(HTC)的触变性能,使新拌HTC满足经喷射能保持较好的形态和特殊工况要求,研究了触变剂掺量和类型对HTC性能的影响。结果表明:随聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)掺量的增加,HTC的坍落度、扩展度、抗压强度、抗折强度、抗氯离子渗透性能均表现出一定的下降,但屈服力矩和塑性黏度逐渐增大,掺量为0.100%时屈服力矩和塑性黏度达到最大,分别为未掺触变剂空白组的8.9、5.4倍;掺羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)会提高HTC的流变性能,但会引起HTC坍落度及扩展度急剧降低,抗压强度、抗折强度、抗氯离子渗透性能也大幅降低。综合考虑流变性能和力学性能,掺0.050%PAM时泵送效率较好。In order to improve the thixotropic performance of high tensile concrete(HTC),and make the fresh HTC maintain good shape and special working conditions by spraying,the effects of thixotropic agent dosage and type on the performance of HTC were investigated.The results showed that the slump,expansion,compressive strength,flexural strength and chloride diffusion coefficient of HTC decreased with the increase of polyacrylamide(PAM)content,while the yield moment and plastic viscosity in-creased gradually.The yield moment and plastic viscosity reached the maximum when the dosage was 0.100%,which are 8.9 and 5.4 times respectively compared with the control group.When hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is added,the rheological property of HTC will be increased,while slump and expansion of HTC,as well as compressive strength,flexural strength and chloride ion diffusion coefficient will have a sharp decrease.Considering the rheological properties and mechanical strength,pumping effect reaches the best with the addition of 0.050%.
