摘 要:以双氧水为发泡剂,植物蛋白、茶皂素、硬脂酸钙为稳泡剂制备了密度低于250 kg/m^(3)的碱矿渣泡沫混凝土。研究了这3种稳泡剂单掺和复掺的稳泡能力,及对碱矿渣泡沫混凝土试件干密度、抗压强度、吸水率的影响,测试分析了具有代表性试件的孔结构参数。研究结果表明,单掺植物蛋白作稳泡剂制备的试件基本性能最优,植物蛋白复掺0.06%的硬脂酸钙后,同密度等级下的试件抗压强度提高到0.21 MPa,质量吸水率降低至56%。The alkali slag foam concrete with density less than 250 kg/m^(3) was prepared by using hydrogen peroxide as foaming agent and plant protein,tea saponin and calcium stearate as foam stabilizer.The foam stabilizing ability of these three foam stabilizers in alkali activated solution was studied,and then the effects of single and compound addition of three foam stabilizers on the dry density,compressive strength and water absorption of alkali slag foam concrete specimens were studied.The pore structure parameters of representative specimens were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the performance of the specimens prepared by using plant protein as foam stabilizer was the best.When plant protein was mixed with 0.06%calcium stearate,the compressive strength of the specimen was increased to 0.21 MPa and the mass water absorption was reduced to 56%.
