社会医疗保险对老年人主观贫困的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探究社会医疗保险对老年人主观贫困的减缓效应。方法:采用倾向得分匹配法对2018年中国老年健康影响因素追踪调查数据进行分析。结果:采用倾向得分匹配法前,与未参保老人相比,参保老人主观贫困发生率下降6.45%(P>0.05);采用倾向得分匹配法后,与未参保老人相比,参保老人主观贫困发生率下降26.88%(P<0.05)。结论:社会医疗保险不仅仅发挥基本的社会保障作用,对老年人主观贫困也具有显著的减缓效应;政府应继续完善和优化社会医疗保险政策,使其充分发挥减缓主观贫困的作用。Objective:To explore the alleviation effect of social health insurance on subjective poverty among the elderly in China.Methods:The propensity score matching method was used to analyze the data from the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(2018).Results:Before adopting the propensity matching score method,the incidence of subjective poverty among the insured elderly decreased by 6.45%compared with the uninsured elderly(P>0.05);After adopting the propensity matching score method,the incidence of subjective poverty among the insured elderly decreased by 26.88%compared with the uninsured elderly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Social health insurance not only plays the role of basic social security but also plays a significant role in alleviating subjective poverty among the elderly.The government should continue to improve the social health insurance policy to give full play to the role of alleviating subjective poverty.
