摘　　要：目的:了解医院舆情领域的研究热点和前沿。方法:采用CiteSpace软件定量分析国内医院舆情研究的发文时间、发文作者、研究机构、高被引文献等特征,从关键词主题路径知识图谱、关键词聚类、突现词提取等方面,揭示医院舆情研究热点和前沿趋势。结果:国内医院舆情研究已初步形成稳定的研究作者、作者群和研究机构,研究机构合作稳定,但缺少跨领域跨专业的合作。医院舆情的研究伴随着社会事件及网络的发展,网络舆情、新媒体、医患关系、突发事件、新冠病毒疫情等是主要研究热点和前沿。结论:未来可以在医院舆情理论研究、丰富研究方法、拓宽研究视域等方面开展更多研究工作,以促进医院舆情研究科学化、系统化发展。Objective:To identify the research hotspots and frontiers in the field of public opinion in hospitals.Methods:CiteSpace software was used to quantitatively analyze the characteristics of domestic hospital public opinion research such as release time,release authors,research institutions,and highly cited literature,and to reveal the hotspots and cutting-edge trends of hospital public opinion research in terms of keyword thematic path knowledge mapping,keyword clustering,and emergent word extraction.Results:Domestic hospital public opinion research has initially formed stable research authors,groups of authors,and research institutions,with stable cooperation among research institutions,but lacking cross-field and cross-disciplinary cooperation.The research on hospital public opinion has accompanied the development of social events and networks,and network public opinion,new media,doctor-patient relationships,emergencies,and Covid-19 outbreaks are the main research hotspots and frontiers.Conclusion:More research work can be carried out in the future in terms of theoretical research on hospital public opinion,enriching research methods,and broadening research horizons to promote scientific and systematic development of hospital public opinion research.
